What we are building:

Richpanel is a SaaS platform that let’s e-commerce brands build self-service interfaces similar to what you see on Uber/Amazon. Brands that use Richpanel need 2x less agents and resolve up to 50% of potential customer interactions through our proprietary self-service technology. We are on mission to take this to 90% self-resolution.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Growth Marketer, you will play a critical role in driving demand for our products through innovative and targeted campaigns, experiments, and user testing. You will work closely with our sales and product teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with our business objectives and growth strategy.

Your ultimate accountability will be the number of demos generated through marketing campaigns and efforts.

  • Design and execute campaigns that generate demand for Richpanel and our products
  • Run experiments to figure out best messaging and marketing channels for our initiatives
  • Conduct user testing and surveys to develop deeper understanding of users and guide our product development and marketing initiatives
  • Obsessively measure and analyse key metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Create win-win partnerships with relevant players in the ecosystem to expand our reach and influence.
  • Be a hands-on marketer who can operate a variety of tools, proactively reach out to people and companies as needed, and execute campaigns without needing excessive management help.

Experiences & Qualification

  • 2+ years of experience in growth marketing in a B2B SaaS or a B2C startup
  • Prior experience in leading GTM efforts in a start-up
  • Well versed with GA, Hubspot, Tag Manager, Hotjar, Google Optimise, VWO and other marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media, email marketing, and content marketing best practices
