Most support teams are understaffed, overwhelmed, and underequipped. We don't think it has to stay that way.

For most companies, customer service is the function with the highest emotional stakes and the lowest investment per ticket. People who joined to help customers spend their day chasing trackers, summarizing threads, and copy-pasting macros. The teams are good. The tools are not.

Richpanel was started in 2020 to do something most "AI" tools won't actually do: resolve conversations. Not deflect, not summarize, not draft. Resolve. The AI agent reads the conversation, makes a decision, takes the action, and writes the reply — the same loop a great human teammate runs.

Since then, we've put that AI in front of more than 2,000 brands across SaaS, ecommerce, fintech, insurance, telecom, and education. The pattern that holds across every vertical: when the AI is allowed to take action — refunds, exchanges, returns, account changes — autonomous resolution goes from "maybe 15%" to comfortably above half. That's the gap we exist to close.

Agents, not chatbots.

A chatbot answers questions. An agent makes decisions and takes action. Every Richpanel feature is built on the assumption that the AI can do the actual work, not just talk about it.

Autonomy on a leash.

The CX Manager AI knows your business context, runs the QA on every conversation, and decides what the AI is and isn't allowed to do. You set the leash; the agent works inside it.

Probation, not lock-in.

The first 30 days are a money-back probation period. If the AI doesn't resolve at least half of your conversations autonomously, you get your subscription fees back. No fine print.

A small team, on purpose.

Richpanel is built by a focused team based primarily in India, with founders and engineers who have lived inside customer service operations long enough to know which parts are worth automating and which ones still need a human. We hire conservatively, ship daily, and stay close to every customer who lets us.

Our investors include Sequoia Capital and Sequoia's Surge program. We're profitable, growing without external pressure, and built to be around for the long arc this market is going to take.
