How every action is controlled

A permission per action. Always allow, or Require approval, set on the Tools page. An action with no permission set waits for approval.
One-click approval. A held action appears in the inbox as a card your agent approves or rejects.
Co-Pilot mode. Every customer-visible action waits for a person, whatever its permission says.
Identity first. When your store requires it, the customer confirms a one-time email code before any order data is shown or changed.
Grounded replies. An address, order number or link the AI cannot source is held before the reply sends.
No false confirmations. A reply saying a refund went through is held unless a refund action actually succeeded.

Who decides when each action applies

What the AI does not do today

Skip on Loop, pause on Recharge. Neither app exposes that action, so the AI moves the next order date instead.
Open a new Richpanel Return. The customer starts it in the portal. The AI works it from there.
Loop Returns. No integration today.
Change a Skio subscription address. Not supported today.
Edit or cancel a shipped order. Shopify does not allow it. The AI follows your SOP for shipped orders.
