What happens when credits run out?
Conversations route to human agents. Buy credit packs anytime (1K, 5K, 10K, or 25K) for instant AI capacity. Larger packs save up to 17%.
Do unused credits expire?
You get extra time to use unused credits after your plan ends. Monthly billing gets a 15-day grace period; yearly billing gets 90 days. After that, unused credits expire.
Is my data safe?
Never trains models. SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, CCPA. Encrypted everywhere.
Our volume is low, under 50 tickets a day. Does this make sense for us?
