Job Description

We're seeking a high-performing Account Executive to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you'll be instrumental in converting inbound demos to paying customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve a 40% win rate on assigned demos
  • Convert 20% of Product-Led Growth (PLG) leads from self-service signups
  • Meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets
  • Conduct effective needs discovery to uncover prospect pain points and motivations
  • Manage and guide customers through free trials, ensuring successful completion
  • Engage multiple stakeholders in the sales cycle through various communication channels
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide reliable forecasts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and ensure customer success
  • Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve your sales skills

Required Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B SaaS sales, with experience selling products with an ACV range of $3K to $25K
  • Strong understanding of AI and customer support technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to managing free trials and converting them to paying customers
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Willingness to work night shifts as required to align with US customer timings
