Job Description

We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this role, you'll be instrumental in onboarding Richpanel customers by configuring our product to best suit their requirements, helping them realize value quickly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure Richpanel products for new customers, aiming to get them live in under 3 days
  • Implement strategies to improve self-service conversation rates by 20%
  • Maintain and update product documentation, including how-to guides and best practices
  • Conduct training sessions for customer support agents
  • Analyze configuration effectiveness and suggest improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and customer experience

Required Qualifications

  • B.Tech degree or equivalent
  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new software
  • Excellent communication skills and cultural adaptability
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Data analysis and interpretation skills
  • Customer service orientation with a track record of helping clients succeed

  • The role may require working night shifts to align with US customer timings
